Uttar Pradesh Panchayat Elections: Potential New Alliance Emerges

Suheldev Bharatiya Samaj Party (SBSP) President and Yogi government minister Om Prakash Rajbhar has made a significant statement regarding the upcoming Panchayat elections in Uttar Pradesh next year. He stated that a new triangular equation could be witnessed in these elections, where Apna Dal and Nishad Party might be seen together.

Lucknow: Political activity has intensified for the Panchayat elections scheduled in Uttar Pradesh next year. Om Prakash Rajbhar, the president of SBSP and a minister in the Yogi government, has made a significant statement concerning the Panchayat elections. He said that a new triangular equation might be seen in these elections, with Apna Dal, Nishad Party, and SBSP contesting together.

Possibility of a Triangular Equation

In a conversation with ABP News, Om Prakash Rajbhar said, "This is possible because Panchayat elections are not contested on party symbols. Those who wish to be active in politics should get opportunities." He also clarified that this triangular alliance would include Anupriya Patel of Apna Dal, Dr. Sanjay Nishad of Nishad Party, and Om Prakash Rajbhar of SBSP.

Rajbhar humorously explained this by saying that these three parties would function like electrons, protons, and neutrons, and would enter the elections as an atomic bomb. He added, "Om Prakash Rajbhar, Anupriya Patel, and Dr. Sanjay Nishad are in the roles of electron, proton, and neutron. No one will stand before them."

Strategy in Panchayat Elections

This new equation in the Panchayat elections could be challenging for the BJP. In fact, Apna Dal, Nishad Party, and SBSP are all allies of the NDA, but these three parties have declared they will contest the Panchayat elections independently. Political analysts view this move as a strategy to put pressure on the BJP.

Rajbhar stated that in Panchayat elections, people do not just consider the strength of big parties, but the popularity of local leaders and their grassroots influence is also decisive. Clarifying the strength of his alliance, he said that this new triangular equation could have a significant impact in rural areas.

Apna Dal, Nishad Party, and SBSP are all busy identifying and preparing candidates in their respective areas. Rajbhar said that in the Panchayat elections, these parties will emphasize giving more opportunities to local leaders. He believes that elections should not just be for prominent leaders but also for grassroots leaders and different sections of society.
