Application Fees and Payment Terms

40% of the remaining amount must be paid within 90 days of successful plot allocation. The remaining 60% can be paid in four equal quarterly installments. A 10.5% annual interest will be charged on these installments. A 3% penalty interest will be added for late payments.
Plot Size and Construction Deadline
Plots offered under this scheme range from 1000 square meters to 1400 square meters, suitable for small to medium-sized nursery schools or crèches.
Construction must be completed within three years of plot allocation. Failure to meet this deadline may result in penalties or cancellation of the allocation.
