Immediately upon assuming the presidency, Trump took significant action, dismissing NSA Director Timothy Hogg and his deputy, Wendy Noble. Hogg also headed the US Cyber Command.

US News: US President Donald Trump has decided to dismiss several senior officials from the White House National Security Council (NSC). This action was taken because Trump suspected these officials were not entirely loyal to him.

Meeting with Trump Leads to Extremist Leader's Demand

Recently, far-right activist Laura Loomer met with Trump, demanding the removal of officials deemed uncommitted to his 'Make America Great Again' (MAGA) agenda. During this meeting, Loomer submitted a report to Trump alleging dissent and incompetence among certain officials.

Several Senior Officials, Including the Vice President, Present at Meeting

Sources indicate that Vice President JD Vance, Chief of Staff Susie Wiles, National Security Advisor Mike Waltz, and Director of the Presidential Personnel Office Sergio Gore were present at this meeting. However, National Security Council spokesperson Brian Hughes offered no comment on the meeting or the dismissals.

US NSA Director Timothy Hogg Dismissed

The Trump administration removed Timothy Hogg from his position as Director of the US National Security Agency (NSA). His deputy, Wendy Noble, was also dismissed. Timothy Hogg also served as head of US Cyber Command. However, Wendy Noble has been reassigned to the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence at the Pentagon.

Trump's Social Media Post

Immediately following the dismissals, Trump posted on the 'Truth Social' platform, "Operation complete. Patient survived and is recovering. Looks like the patient will be ber, bigger, better, and more capable than ever before. Make America Great Again."

Democratic Party Opposition

The opposition Democratic Party condemned Trump's decision. Democratic leader Jim Himes stated that these dismissals were politically motivated and a dangerous sign for the independence of national security agencies. President Donald Trump has made significant changes to the leadership of several US agencies since assuming office on January 20th.
