The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has announced the results for the Class 10th and 12th board examinations of 2025 on May 13, 2025. Students had eagerly awaited these results, which are now available on the official website.

This year, a total of 93.60 percent of students passed the examination. This figure is an improvement over last year's pass percentage of 93.12%, indicating consistent improvement in student preparation. Notably, girls once again outperformed boys, a trend consistently observed in CBSE board exams over the past few years.

Girls' Hard Work Shines Again

This year's CBSE results also show girls outperforming boys. In the Delhi region, the girls' pass percentage was recorded at 95.00%, while the boys' pass percentage was 92.63%. This means girls performed 2.37% better on average. This difference is not merely numerical; it signifies that girls are steadily strengthening their position on the academic front.

Increased Number of Students in Compartment

Despite the overall improvement in results, 141,353 students were placed in the compartment category. This number was 132,337 last year. The board will soon announce the dates for the compartment examination and the application process. These students will be able to appear in the next examination, pass, and gain admission to further classes.

  2. Click on the CBSE Class 10 Result 2025 link.
  3. Enter your roll number, school number, and date of birth.
  4. Your marksheet will appear on the screen after submission.
  5. You can download or print it as desired.

  • Download the UMANG app or DigiLocker app.
  • Log in and go to the CBSE Results section.
  • Enter your roll number and submit.
  • The marksheet will be saved on your mobile.

In an official statement, the CBSE said that the examination was conducted successfully with peace and transparency. The board congratulated all students and mentioned providing another opportunity for compartment students.
