Preparation Method for Ayurvedic Milk:

Soak 10 almonds and 3 dates (khjoors) in water overnight. If using fresh dates, you don't need to soak them; they can be used directly.

In the morning, remove the skins from the almonds and extract the seeds from the dates. Grind both into a paste.

Mix this paste into warm milk, adding turmeric, cinnamon, and cardamom powder.

Stir in 1 teaspoon of ghee and mix well.

Consume this milk on an empty stomach in the morning.

Do not eat anything for 40 minutes after drinking the milk in the morning.
