New revelations in the Saurabh murder case in Meerut have sent shockwaves. Accused Sahil and Muskaan spent 13 days indulging in revelry in Shimla, Kullu, and Kasol before returning to Meerut and committing the horrific crime.

Uttar Pradesh: Ajab Singh, the taxi driver who took Sahil and Muskaan on their Himachal Pradesh tour, shared the complete story of their 13-day trip. According to him, they appeared normal in appearance, but their actions were far from it. They consumed a bottle of liquor daily at their hotel and frequented pubs, indulging in intoxication and dancing. On Holi, they left the hotel around 11 am and returned around 8:30 pm, completely covered in colors and intoxicated.

After the murder of Meerut resident Saurabh, his wife Muskaan and her lover Sahil were enjoying themselves in the beautiful valleys of Himachal. Taxi driver Ajab Singh recounted their entire journey, revealing their immersion in intoxication and revelry.

Taxi Driver's Revelation

According to Ajab Singh, Muskaan and Sahil booked a taxi for Shimla on the evening of March 4th. After staying at a hotel in Punjab that night, they reached Shimla on March 5th and checked into a hotel near the Victory Tunnel. The hotel staff reported that they made online payments and didn't allow anyone into their room.

After spending two days in Shimla, they proceeded to Kullu-Manali. After visiting a Gurudwara, Muskaan applied vermillion to her forehead. They would drink alcohol at night and sightsee during the day. Upon reaching Kasol, their activities became even more suspicious.

Intoxicated on Holi, Celebrated a Birthday

On the night of March 11th, Muskaan ordered a surprise cake for Sahil's birthday. Initially, she requested the cake to be inscribed with "Baba," later changing it to "Shankar." The next day, Holi, they heavily indulged in alcohol and partied late into the night. On the last day of their trip, they shopped in Kasol and left for Meerut on the morning of March 17th. The driver dropped them off in Brahmpuri.

Their demeanor throughout the tour gave no indication that they had committed a heinous crime. Police investigations have revealed that the conspiracy to murder Saurabh was already hatched, and this trip was merely a ploy to avoid suspicion.
