The testimony is expected to provide detailed reports and visual evidences to the Commission in Lucknow.

SP Bishnoi has confirmed his appearance on April 11th at the Commission's office in Lucknow, where he will share all significant facts related to the incident. The Commission has previously recorded statements from several government officials, police personnel, and civilians.
The Commission's Objective
This Inquiry Commission, constituted by the Uttar Pradesh government, aims to conduct an impartial investigation into the Sambhal violence. Retired Judge Devendra Arora heads the commission, with former DGP A.K. Jain and former IAS officer Amit Mohan Prasad serving as members. The commission is conducting a thorough investigation to uncover the true facts of the case.
How the Violence Erupted
The violence began on November 19th when a Hindu group claimed in the Chandausi court that the Shahi Masjid in Sambhal was originally a Harihar temple. The court ordered the Archaeological Survey of India (ASI) to conduct a survey. Tensions escalated, and violence erupted on November 24th when the ASI team returned to the mosque for a second survey.
The violence involved stone-pelting and firing, resulting in four deaths. Locals alleged police also fired shots, a claim the police deny. Police have arrested several suspects in connection with the incident.
