Sambhal News: In view of the Jumma Alvida prayers to be offered on the last Friday of Ramadan, the administration has tightened security arrangements. A three-tier security cordon has been established throughout the city, including Jama Masjid. Additional police forces have been deployed in sensitive areas, while drones and CCTV cameras are being used to monitor all activities closely.
Officials Review Security Arrangements
District Magistrate Dr. Rajendra Painsia and Superintendent of Police Krishna Kumar Bishnoi visited key areas of the city to review the security arrangements. They instructed officials to exercise special vigilance around mosques and their vicinity. Personnel from the PAC and RRF have also been deployed alongside the local police to handle any situation.
Increased Vigilance in Sensitive Areas
Police patrols have been intensified in sensitive areas of the city. Drone cameras are monitoring crowd movements to detect any suspicious activity immediately. Additionally, 24-hour surveillance is being conducted through CCTV cameras. Stringent security measures have also been implemented around other major mosques in the city besides Jama Masjid.
Mobile Police Teams to be Deployed
Mobile police teams will continuously patrol the city to maintain law and order. All station house officers have been instructed to remain on high alert. Strict monitoring of internet media is also underway. The police cyber cell has been directed to take immediate action against any misleading or inflammatory posts.

Religious leaders and prominent citizens of the city have appealed to the general public to ignore rumors and maintain harmony. They have urged people to immediately inform the police about any suspicious activity.
City Imam's Appeal – Pray for Peace and Tranquility
City Imam Aftab Hussain Warsi appealed to the Muslim community to pray for peace, tranquility, and brotherhood on the occasion of Jumma Alvida. He stated that this day is for worship and seeking God's blessings. He specifically urged people not to offer prayers on roads or public places and to cooperate with the administration in maintaining peace and order.
