RBSE Annual Exams Begin March 6th Under Strict Surveillance

The Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education (RBSE) annual examinations are scheduled to commence on March 6th. The administration is fully prepared to ensure the successful and impartial conduct of the examinations.

The administration is fully prepared to ensure their successful and impartial conduct. To control cheating and other unfair practices, 63 flying squads have been deployed across the state. These squads will conduct surprise inspections at examination centers to ensure exam transparency.

Strict Surveillance Instructions

Board Administrator and Divisional Commissioner Mahesh Chandra Sharma stated that the flying squads have been strictly instructed to maintain discipline during the examinations and curb any tendency towards cheating. All squads must inspect at least 4-5 examination centers daily. The process of opening question papers at examination centers will be conducted at the time stipulated by the board, monitored by the flying squads. Furthermore, the security and distribution process of question papers at nodal and single centers will be evaluated.

Flying Squads' Control from March 6th to April 9th

Board Secretary Kailash Chandra Sharma stated that all flying squads must remain fully vigilant throughout the examination period. Swift action will be taken if any undesirable activity is reported from any examination center. He further clarified that no compromise will be made regarding the confidentiality and security of the question papers.

A one-day workshop was held for the coordinators of the flying squads before the examinations. Board officials provided them with information on examination procedures, maintaining discipline, and adhering to board guidelines. Board officials clarified that basic amenities will be ensured at all examination centers to prevent any inconvenience to the examinees. All doubts regarding the examination were resolved during the workshop, and coordinators were made aware of their responsibilities.

The board administration believes that the role of the flying squads will be crucial in maintaining the credibility of the examination system. Taking the success of the recently held retest as an example, the board administration has developed a strategy for the impartial conduct of this examination.
