Just after halftime, in the 34th minute, Shamsher Singh added another goal, extending India's lead to 4-0.

Ireland's Missed Opportunities, India's Impregnable Defense

Ireland earned two penalty corners during the match but failed to convert either opportunity. The Indian defense displayed excellent coordination, and goalkeeper P.R.
