Mahatma Vidura was the Chief Minister of Hastinapur and a member of the royal family. However, his mother was a common servant in the royal household, not a princess. This prevented Mahatma Vidura from playing a significant role in the administration of the royal family. He also missed the opportunity to learn martial arts from Bhishma Pitamaha. Mahatma Vidura was the son of Rishi Vedavyas and a maidservant. He served as an advisor to the Pandavas and on many occasions saved them from the schemes devised by Duryodhana. Vidura also opposed the insult of Draupadi in the Kaurava court. According to Lord Krishna, Vidura was considered an incarnation of Yama (the god of justice). Similar to Chanakya, Vidura's principles are highly admired. Vidura's wisdom is linked to a dialogue between Mahatma Vidura and King Dhritarashtra of Hastinapur before the Kurukshetra War. Let's explore the significance of Mahatma Vidura's policy – Part 2, on the glory of forgiveness in this article, from which we can learn lessons to improve our lives.

In this world, forgiveness is like a mesmerizing magic. What task cannot be accomplished with forgiveness? When someone possesses the tranquil sword of forgiveness, what harm can a wicked person inflict?

Just as a fire extinguishes itself in a place devoid of grass and fuel, similarly, a person lacking forgiveness makes himself and others a participant in blame.

Forgiving individuals have only one fault; the possibility of any other fault is negligible. And that fault is that people consider forgiving individuals to be weak!

However, one should not consider this fault in forgiving individuals because forgiveness is a powerful force. Forgiveness is the virtue of the weak and the ornament of the b!

Dharma is the ultimate benefactor; forgiveness is the best means of peace. Knowledge brings ultimate satisfaction, and non-violence brings happiness.
