We take reader complaints seriously. Here is how to raise a grievance and what to expect from our resolution process.
A grievance is a formal complaint about content published on Subkuz.com that you believe violates our editorial standards, is factually inaccurate, is defamatory, infringes your rights, or causes harm. Grievances may also relate to privacy concerns, copyright violations, or the conduct of our staff.
Under the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, Subkuz.com is required to appoint a Grievance Officer and provide a formal grievance mechanism.
Email our Grievance Officer at [email protected] with your full name, contact details, the URL of the content concerned, and a clear description of your complaint.
We will acknowledge receipt of your grievance within 24 hours of receiving it, along with a unique reference number.
Our Grievance Officer will investigate your complaint, reviewing the editorial decision-making process and verifying the facts. Where required, statements from the reporter or editor concerned will be sought.
We will communicate our decision within 15 calendar days of receipt. If the complaint is upheld, we will issue a correction, clarification, or other appropriate remedy. If not upheld, we will explain our reasoning.
If you are unsatisfied with our resolution, you may escalate your grievance to the Press Council of India or approach the relevant Appellate Committee as provided under the IT Rules 2021.
