Ayodhya MLA Ram Chandra Yadav has met Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath and submitted two proposals aimed at improving religious tourism and healthcare facilities in the Rudauli area. The proposals include developing a spiritual corridor connecting Maa Kamakhya Dham with Megha Rishi Ashram and establishing a trauma centre along National Highway-27 (NH-27).
Rudauli MLA Ram Chandra Yadav has urged the state government to develop a spiritual corridor connecting Maa Kamakhya Dham and Megha Rishi Ashram in Ayodhya district.
In the proposal submitted to Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, the MLA highlighted the need to improve connectivity between the two religious sites. According to Yadav, better connectivity would make it easier for devotees to visit both locations and access other nearby religious destinations.
Maa Kamakhya Dham and Megha Rishi Ashram are among the religious sites associated with the faith of local residents. The proposed corridor is intended to improve facilities for devotees visiting these places and support religious tourism in the region.
Yadav said the project could increase the number of tourists and devotees visiting the area. Local shopkeepers, small traders and people associated with tourism-related activities could also benefit from the initiative.
However, the proposal has so far been submitted to the Chief Minister. Details regarding the estimated construction cost, project plan and commencement date have not yet been announced.
Alongside the spiritual corridor, the MLA also raised the need to improve healthcare facilities in the Rudauli area.
Yadav submitted a proposal to establish a trauma centre along National Highway-27. The highway experiences vehicular movement, and timely medical treatment is essential for people seriously injured in road accidents.

The proposed facility would provide initial emergency medical treatment to accident victims in the area. According to the MLA, establishing a trauma centre could reduce the need to transport injured patients to hospitals located farther away.
This could help save time and improve access to timely medical assistance for seriously injured patients.
The proposal emphasises providing better treatment facilities at the local level for people injured in road accidents. However, details regarding the proposed location, budget, medical equipment and staffing arrangements have not yet been released.
MLA Ram Chandra Yadav said the proposals were prepared based on the directions given by Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath during his visit to Maa Kamakhya Dham on June 19.
During his meeting with the Chief Minister, Yadav discussed the requirements for both the spiritual corridor and the trauma centre. According to the MLA, the Chief Minister gave positive assurances regarding both proposals.
The two initiatives will require the necessary departmental approvals, budget allocations and completion of other administrative procedures before they can move forward.
Neither proposal has yet been confirmed as having received final administrative approval. Further details regarding their implementation are also awaited.
