A shocking incident has come to light in Alinagar village of Bahraich district, Uttar Pradesh, where Haseena Begum, a mother of six children, collaborated with her lover, Abdul Salam, to slit her husband Zakir Ali's throat and murder him. After the murder, Haseena attempted to divert the case by accusing three people, including her uncle-in-law, of the murder, citing a land dispute. However, within 24 hours, the police gathered evidence and uncovered the truth.
Police stated that Haseena was having an affair with Abdul Salam, and her husband was an obstacle in this relationship. For this reason, Haseena conspired with her lover to murder her husband. After the murder, both had absconded, but the police, through investigation by a joint team of surveillance and Khairighat police, arrested them. Both have been sent to jail.
This incident highlights the complexities of relationships in society and the increasing incidence of crime. Considering the gravity of the case, the police took swift action and put the accused behind bars.
