BJP MLA Attends Assembly in Ola Cab, Compares Road Conditions to Bollywood Actresses

As the monsoon arrives in Madhya Pradesh, while the opposition is attacking the dilapidated condition of the roads, BJP MLA Pratim Singh Lodhi, in power, raised this issue in a unique way. On Thursday, he arrived in an Ola cab to attend the assembly session. In a conversation with the media, Lodhi sarcastically said that the roads are flooded with water, and since there was no boat, he had to come by cab. His style and statement have now become a topic of political discussion.

Om Puri-Sridevi Example on Road Condition

Commenting on the poor condition of the roads, MLA Lodhi made a controversial comparison. While talking to reporters in Bhopal, he said that during Digvijay Singh's time, the roads were like Om Puri, and now they have become like Sridevi. Sharp reactions are being seen in political circles regarding this statement. The opposition is calling it an attempt to divert attention from the poor condition of the roads, while supporters are considering it a satirical remark.

Therefore, Took Ola Cab

After reaching the assembly, when the MLA was asked about taking an Ola cab, he said that the roads have been flooded due to heavy rains. Lord Indra is angry, it is raining continuously, and the roads have become water parks. There was no boat, and it was not possible to come in my small car, so I came by Ola.

Along with this, he also took a jibe at the lifestyles of BJP and Congress MLAs. Lodhi said that BJP MLAs do not indulge in corruption, so their cars are small, while Congress MLAs are involved in corruption, which is why they have big cars.
