Delhi Police filed two FIRs against him at Connaught Place police station – one under sections of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) and another under the POCSO Act.
However, in the POCSO Act case, the minor complainant withdrew her allegations, leading the police to file a closure report. This development strengthened Brij Bhushan's position.
