Educational Qualification and Age Limit
For this recruitment, the candidate must have passed 10th from a recognized board. Also, an ITI certificate in the relevant trade has also been asked for. Talking about age, the minimum age should be 18 years and the maximum age should be 25 years. Candidates belonging to reserved categories will get age relaxation as per rules.
Physical Standards
To be included in the BSF recruitment, candidates will have to meet the prescribed physical standards. This includes criteria such as height, weight and chest measurement. Different criteria have been set for male and female candidates.
Pay Scale and Facilities
Selected candidates will get salary in Level 3 Pay Matrix as per 7th Pay Commission. This means that the salary will be between ₹21,700 to ₹69,100 per month. Apart from this, other allowances and facilities as prescribed by the government will also be available.

Selection Process
