CSIR NET Admit Card 2025: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the admit card for the CSIR UGC NET June 2025 examination. Candidates who have registered for this examination can now download their admit cards by visiting the official website csirnet.nta.ac.in. This examination will be conducted on July 28, 2025, in two shifts.

The wait for the exam is over

Every year, lakhs of candidates participate in the CSIR UGC NET examination. This examination is primarily conducted for Junior Research Fellowship (JRF), Assistant Professor positions, and admission to PhD programs. For candidates appearing in the 2025 examination, the admit card is a crucial document, which will be mandatory for entry into the examination center.

Exam Date and Shift Details

The CSIR UGC NET examination will be conducted on July 28, 2025. The examination will be held in two shifts. The first shift will be from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM, covering the Life Sciences and Earth/Atmosphere/Ocean and Planetary Sciences subjects. The second shift will be from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, covering the Physical Sciences, Chemical Sciences, and Mathematical Sciences examinations.

How to Download the Admit Card

Candidates can download their admit cards by following the steps below:

  • First, visit the official website csirnet.nta.ac.in.
  • On the homepage, click on the “CSIR UGC NET Admit Card 2025” link.
  • Now, go to the login page and enter your registration number, date of birth, and other required information.
  • Your admit card will be displayed on the screen.
  • Download the admit card and take a printout.

Verify the Information on the Admit Card

After downloading the admit card, carefully verify all the information provided on it. Candidates must ensure that the spelling of their name, the address of the examination center, and the date and time of the examination are correctly entered. In case of any discrepancies, immediately contact the NTA helpline.

Admit Card will not be sent by post

The NTA has clarified that admit cards will not be sent to any candidate via post. All candidates must download their admit cards online. It is advised to download the admit card a few days before the exam to avoid any technical issues at the last minute.

It is important to reach the examination center on time

Candidates are advised to reach the examination center at least one hour before the scheduled time. Candidates arriving late will not be allowed entry into the examination center. Also, candidates must carry a valid photo identification card (such as Aadhaar card, passport, Voter ID, etc.) with them.
