According to real estate data from Zapkey, the apartment purchased by Deepinder Goyal has a total size of 10,813 square feet. It also comes with five parking slots, making the deal even more premium. The property was registered on March 17, 2025, and Goyal also paid a stamp duty of ₹3.66 crore on it.

The Camellias, where this property is located, is situated in DLF Phase-5 and is considered one of India's most expensive and exclusive residential addresses. Only the extremely wealthy and high-profile individuals invest in this project.

According to information, this purchase was originally made from DLF in 2022. Developer DLF Limited has elevated the ultra-luxury housing segment in the NCR over the past few years.
