Ayodhya: The investigation into the November 10 Delhi blast is progressing rapidly. In this sequence, the Uttar Pradesh Anti-Terrorist Squad (UP ATS) has interrogated a student of Kashmiri origin studying in a college in Ayodhya. The ATS team arrived at the college late Wednesday evening and questioned the student for several hours.
According to sources, the team also conducted a detailed examination of the student's mobile phone, digital activities, friend circle, recent travels, and academic documents. Furthermore, information was also gathered from the college administration and hostel management.
It is noteworthy that the scope of investigation in the Delhi blast case is continuously expanding, and investigative agencies are active in several UP cities—Kanpur, Hapur, and Saharanpur. In recent days, several students linked to medical and professional colleges have been detained and questioned due to suspected contacts. Investigative agencies are also scrutinizing potential connections with Pakistan-based terrorist organizations, especially Jaish-e-Mohammed.
Although ATS has not yet confirmed any direct involvement of the Ayodhya student, officials state that the objective of the interrogation is to uncover potential logistical and network support links. Several central and state security agencies are jointly investigating the matter.
The investigation into the Delhi blast is ongoing. Officials have appealed to avoid unconfirmed information and rumors related to the case. All official updates will be made public only after verification.
