This tournament will be played as four-day knockout matches, with the final taking place on September 11th, 2025. This year, a total of 6 teams will participate in the tournament, including North Zone, South Zone, West Zone, East Zone, Central Zone, and North-East Zone.
Duleep Trophy 2025 Matches
The Duleep Trophy 2025 will feature a total of 5 knockout matches:

- 2 Semi-Finals
- 1 Final
A key feature of the tournament is that the losing team will not advance to the next round, making every match crucial. Last year's champion, South Zone, has earned a direct entry into the semi-finals. Additionally, West Zone has also been granted direct entry into the semi-finals. South Zone won the title last year by defeating West Zone by 75 runs in the final. Therefore, both teams will enter the tournament with direct entry into the semi-finals this time.
