This time, EMRS has announced recruitment for a total of 7267 posts. These include positions such as Principal, PGT, TGT, and PRT under the teaching category, while non-teaching categories will see recruitment for posts like Clerk, Lab Assistant, Librarian, and Accountant.

This recruitment drive is for Eklavya Model Residential Schools, which operate under the Ministry of Tribal Affairs, with the objective of providing quality education in the tribal areas of the country.

Selection Process

Candidates will be selected through multiple stages to ensure a transparent and fair process. The selection process primarily includes a Tier-1 examination, a Tier-2 examination, and an Interview.

Tier-1 Examination

The Tier-1 examination will be conducted in the first stage. This exam will have different durations depending on the specific posts. Candidates will be asked a total of 100 multiple-choice questions (MCQs), carrying 100 marks.

For some posts, the examination duration is set for two hours, while for others, it is three hours.

Tier-2 Examination and Interview

Exam Pattern

Questions in the EMRS recruitment examination will cover General Knowledge, Current Affairs, Reasoning Ability, Quantitative Aptitude, and subject-specific topics.

  • Then, enter your Registration Number and Date of Birth.
  • Upon submission, the admit card will appear on the screen.
  • Download and print it, and bring it along to the examination center.

Important Points for Exam Day

  • Candidates must arrive at the examination center at least 30 minutes before the scheduled time.
  • It is mandatory to carry the admit card and a valid photo ID proof (such as Aadhaar Card, Passport, or Driving License).
  • Electronic devices, calculators, or mobile phones are prohibited in the examination hall.

Maintain discipline during the examination; any irregularity found may lead to the disqualification of the candidate.

Examination to be Held in Offline Mode
