The Congress High Command has appointed Ganesh Godiyal as the new president of the State Congress Committee. In this regard, Congress General Secretary K. C. Venugopal has issued official appointment orders.

Dehradun: The Congress High Command has made a major organizational reshuffle, appointing Ganesh Godiyal (Ganesh Godiyal) as the president of the Uttarakhand Pradesh Congress Committee once again. With this decision, the party has signaled its intent to strengthen the organization ahead of the upcoming assembly elections.

Congress General Secretary K.C. Venugopal has officially issued these appointment orders. Alongside this, the High Command has also assigned important responsibilities to Dr. Harak Singh Rawat and Pritam Singh.

Ganesh Godiyal Gets Command Again

Ganesh Godiyal has been appointed State Congress President for the second time. Previously, he served in this position from July 22, 2021, to April 10, 2022. Godiyal, a resident of Pauri Garhwal, is considered an experienced grassroots leader of Uttarakhand Congress. His working style is known for organizational discipline, balanced leadership, and maintaining unity within the party. According to Congress sources, the High Command hopes that Ganesh Godiyal's experience will play a crucial role in re-strengthening the party in the state.

The Congress has also entrusted significant responsibilities to two other senior leaders within the organization. Dr. Harak Singh Rawat has been appointed as the chairman of the Election Management Committee, while Pritam Singh has been given command of the Campaign Committee. Both these leaders have been active in Uttarakhand politics for a long time and are known for their organizational strategy and electoral experience. The High Command believes that their active involvement will enable the Congress to present a b challenge unitedly in the upcoming elections in the state.
