When and How Was the Answer Key Released?
The Ministry of Home Affairs released the answer key immediately after the completion of the examination to maintain transparency and provide candidates with an opportunity to check their answers. Objections Can Be Raised Until September 25th
MHA has provided candidates with another important facility. If any candidate has an objection to an answer, they can raise it. This facility will be available until September 25, 2025.
The process for raising objections is online. Candidates must select the relevant question and submit proof for the correct answer. Their objection will only be accepted after the prescribed fee is paid. The commission will review all objections and subsequently release the Final Answer Key.

Results to Be Declared Soon
With the answer key released, candidates are now looking forward to the results. It is expected that the Ministry of Home Affairs will declare the examination results soon.
- Candidates who achieve the prescribed cutoff marks will qualify for the Tier-2 examination.
- Results will only be released in online mode. No candidate will be sent their results via personal letter or email.
- After the results are declared, information regarding the Tier-2 dates and syllabus will also be made available to candidates.
Next Stages of the Recruitment Process
The IB ACIO recruitment process is completed in several stages:
- Tier-1 Exam: This first stage, an objective type exam, was successfully conducted on September 16, 17, and 18.
- Tier-2 Exam: This stage will assess candidates' writing ability and in-depth subject knowledge.
- Interview: Candidates who clear Tier-2 will be called for an interview.
- Final List: After all stages, a merit list will be prepared, and candidates will be appointed based on it.
