TCS has announced an international expansion-related development. The board of its wholly owned subsidiary Tata Consultancy Services Netherlands BV has approved the acquisition of a 100% equity stake in MHP Management- und IT-Beratung GmbH, a subsidiary of Porsche AG.

The transaction is expected to be undertaken at an enterprise value of about 320 million euros. The acquisition is described as a step towards expanding TCS's presence in European markets and its technology consulting business.

Aegis Logistics has entered into a Business Transfer Agreement with its step-down subsidiary Aegis Terminal (Pipavav) for approximately ₹525 crore. Under the agreement, the 36,000 MT capacity specialised ammonia storage terminal at Pipavav Port will be transferred through a slump sale.
