On September 25, a procession featuring Ganesh tableaux will be held in Indore on the occasion of Anant Chaturdashi. The traffic police have issued a traffic plan under which the entry of vehicles on the tableau route will be restricted from the afternoon, while diversion routes have been designated for heavy vehicles.
Traffic arrangements in the city will be changed for the Ganesh tableau procession being held on Anant Chaturdashi. Vehicle entry on the tableau route will be restricted from the afternoon of September 25. The arrangement has been made to facilitate the procession and maintain traffic movement during the event.

Ganesh tableaux will set out from different parts of the city and reach DRP Line Square through designated routes. Vehicle movement on these routes will be affected during the procession.
The traffic police have also prepared a diversion plan for heavy vehicles. Heavy vehicles will not be allowed to enter the tableau route and areas affected by the procession. Such vehicles will be directed through alternative routes to reduce pressure on the main roads during the procession.
Vehicle drivers have been advised to use the designated alternative routes in accordance with the traffic plan during the event. Traffic arrangements on several major roads in the city will remain changed as the movement of tableaux increases.
In view of the Anant Chaturdashi procession, the traffic police have prepared arrangements to regulate vehicle movement. Along with restrictions on entry to the tableau route, provisions have been made for diversions for heavy vehicles.
The traffic arrangements will remain in effect as Ganesh tableaux move from different parts of the city and reach DRP Line Square. Vehicle drivers have been advised to check the designated routes and traffic restrictions before travelling on September 25.
