Iran's Supreme Leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, used b language against Israel, stating that it committed a grave error. He characterized it as a major crime deserving punishment, declaring that this punishment has begun and will continue.

This statement follows accusations that the US and Israel attacked Iranian nuclear facilities. His message clearly indicates that Iran will not back down.

Iran Provoked by US Attack

The US recently launched an attack on three major Iranian nuclear facilities. This highly secretive operation involved advanced stealth bombers and submarine-launched missiles. Sensitive sites like Isfahan, Natanz, and Fordo were targeted.

The attack immediately caused a surge in global oil prices. Brent crude rose by approximately 3 percent, reaching around $79 per barrel. This demonstrates that the military action is not merely a regional issue; its impact is felt worldwide.

Iran Denounces Violation of International Law

Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi condemned the US attacks, labeling them a violation of the UN Charter and international law. He stated that Iran retains all options open to protect its sovereignty and citizens.

Araghchi also highlighted the attack as a serious breach of nuclear weapons treaties. He warned the world that failure to halt such actions will have severe repercussions.

'Bunker Buster' Bombs Used in Attack

The operation utilized B-2 stealth bombers, which reached Iran after an 18-hour flight. They deployed "bunker buster" bombs designed to penetrate and explode underground. Additionally, an American submarine launched over two dozen Tomahawk cruise missiles at the Isfahan facility.

Following the US attack, Iran retaliated against Israel using the "Khaibar Shekan" missile, a long-range weapon considered a key component of Iran's retaliatory capabilities.
