Pakistani organization Jaish-e-Mohammed has announced a women's brigade 'Jamat-ul-Mominat', outlining plans for recruiting and training women for jihad. Masood Azhar's audio recording describes the recruitment, training, and religious inducements.
Pakistan News: The Pakistani terrorist organization Jaish-e-Mohammed recently announced the formation of a women's brigade named 'Jamat-ul-Mominat'. The objective of this brigade is to recruit women for global jihad and prepare them for terrorist activities. Jaish chief Maulana Masood Azhar has enticed women to join this brigade by promising them paradise.
Revelations in Masood Azhar's Audio Recording
Recently, a 21-minute audio recording of Masood Azhar surfaced, in which he revealed the expansion plan for the women's brigade. In this recording, he stated that women would be given terrorist training, provided relevant education, and deployed for various terrorist operations. Azhar allegedly delivered this speech at Markaz Usman-o-Ali in Bahawalpur.
Outline of the Women's Training Program
In Jaish-e-Mohammed, male terrorists undergo a 15-day "Daura-e-Tarbiyat" training program. Similarly, a training called "Daura-e-Tazkiya" will be organized for women. The objective of this training is to indoctrinate women with radical ideologies and prepare them for jihad. The training will provide women with information on methods and strategies for engaging in terrorist activities.
Lure of Paradise After Death
Masood Azhar is assuring women that any woman joining Jamat-ul-Mominat "will go straight to paradise after death." This psychological inducement is part of preparing women for radical activities and ensuring their loyalty.

Azhar stated that women joining this brigade will complete the first phase of training and then proceed to the next phase called "Daura-Ayat-ul-Nisa." In this phase, they will be taught instructions for jihad for women, based on Islamic texts.
What are the Recruitment Rules?
Under Jaish-e-Mohammed's plan, branches of Jamat-ul-Mominat will be established in every district of Pakistan. Each branch will be led by a Muntazima (manager), who will be responsible for recruiting women. Strict rules have been set for women joining this brigade. They will not be permitted to speak to any unfamiliar man via phone or messenger, except for their husband or closest family member.
Family Members in Leadership
According to reports, Masood Azhar has appointed his sister, Sadia Azhar, as the head of the women's brigade. Additionally, Azhar's other sister, Samaira Azhar, and the wife of terrorist Umar Farooq, Afira Farooq, are also playing leadership roles in this brigade. This indicates that Jaish has ensured the organization's loyalty by entrusting the command of the women's brigade to trusted family members.
Women Included in the Brigade
According to Azhar, Jamat-ul-Mominat currently includes 4-5 women whose close relatives were killed in encounters with the Indian Army. These women will be trained for terrorist activities and deployed in various operations of the organization.
Strategy for Global Jihad
The primary objective of Jamat-ul-Mominat is to recruit women for global jihad. Azhar has prepared a detailed blueprint for providing special training to female terrorists and involving them in the organization's activities. In this plan, female terrorists will be prepared to participate in armed operations, espionage, and the organization's propaganda activities.
