The provisional answer key for the JEE Advanced 2026 examination has been released by the Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee. Candidates who appeared for the examination can download the answer keys for Paper 1 and Paper 2 from the official JEE Advanced 2026 website and submit feedback on the provisional answers until 5 pm on May 26.
The JEE Advanced 2026 examination was conducted on May 17. Following the examination, IIT Roorkee released the provisional answer key for both Paper 1 and Paper 2 in PDF format on the official website, allowing candidates to compare their responses with the published answers.
Candidates have been given an opportunity to submit objections or feedback regarding the provisional answer key until 5 pm on May 26. Those who believe an answer to a question is incorrect may raise objections through the online portal within the prescribed time.
To submit feedback, candidates must log in to the Candidate Portal on the official website, select the relevant question, and upload the required details and supporting documents. An expert team will review all objections submitted by candidates.
To access the answer key, candidates must visit the official JEE Advanced website and click on the “JEE (Advanced) 2026 Provisional Answer Keys” link on the homepage. Separate links for Paper 1 and Paper 2 are available, and the corresponding answer key PDF can be downloaded for response verification.
After reviewing objections raised by candidates, IIT Roorkee will release the final answer key. If an objection submitted by a candidate is found to be valid, marks will be awarded for the concerned question. The examination result will be prepared on the basis of the final answer key.
According to the institute, the JEE Advanced 2026 result and final answer key will be released on June 1, 2026. The JoSAA counselling process for successful candidates will begin thereafter. Candidates have been advised to check the official website periodically for the latest updates.
