According to the notification issued by NVS, this correction window will remain active until August 30, 2025. Parents can correct the form free of charge by visiting the website navodaya.gov.in.

Applications for Class 6 admission in Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas were accepted until August 28, 2025. Now, parents who have applied but have made a mistake in the application form can take advantage of this correction window.

How to Access the Correction Window

  • First, go to navodaya.gov.in.
  • On the home page, click on the admission-related website link cbseitms.rcil.gov.in/nvs.
  • On the new page, in the Candidate Corner, click on Click here for Correction Window of Class VI Registration (2026-27).
  • Open the form by entering the login details.
  • Correct the field in which there is a mistake and click on Submit.
  • After correction, click on Click Here to Print Registration Form and keep a printout safely.

When Will the JNVST 2026 Exam Be Held?

According to the information provided by NVS, the JNVST 2026 Phase-1 exam will be held on December 13, 2025.
The Phase-2 exam will be held on April 11, 2026.

Admit Cards for the examination will be made available on the official website a few days before the examination.

What Documents Will Be Required?

Parents will need these documents for filling out the form and for correction.

  • Student's signature
  • Parent's signature
  • Student's photo
  • Certificate certified by the School Headmaster
  • Aadhar card or any valid identity card
  • Residence certificate
  • Basic details like APAAR ID, PAN number

All documents should be in JPG format and the size should be between 10KB and 100KB.
