In this league, legendary players who have retired from international cricket take to the field for their fans. This time too, fans will get to see cricket stars like Gautam Gambhir, S Sreesanth, Suresh Raina, Harbhajan Singh, Virender Sehwag, and Irfan Pathan playing. The league will kick off on January 11, 2026, and will run for approximately one month. The tournament's final match will be played on February 5, 2026.
Match Venues
Legends League Cricket matches will be held in six major cities across India. Additionally, the tournament will feature one international venue, which will be either Sharjah or Doha. The cities chosen for matches in India are as follows:
- Gwalior
- Patna
- Amritsar-Jalandhar Region (one ground)
- Udaipur
- Kochi
- Coimbatore
The aim of choosing these locations is to bring the celebration of cricket to emerging cricket centers. Raman Raheja, co-founder of LLC, stated, "This season is designed to give fans the opportunity to watch cricket legends live. These cities have a deep tradition of cricket and a b fan base. By expanding to seven cities, we are creating a traveling festival of cricket."
