Kolkata Kick-off on December 12
Messi will begin his three-day India tour on December 12, 2025, in Kolkata. Promoter Satadru Dutta told PTI that the schedule has been finalized, and Messi has been informed of the entire schedule. During his stay in Kolkata, Messi will conduct masterclasses with children and attend a Meet and Greet program on December 13.
The city's iconic Eden Gardens or Salt Lake Stadium will host the GOAT Cup and GOAT Concert. Prominent figures from the Indian sports and cinema world will also participate in this friendly match. In this event, legends like Sourav Ganguly, Bhaichung Bhutia, Leander Paes, and actor John Abraham will be seen playing soft-touch football with Messi. The minimum ticket price for the event has been set at ₹3500.
Special Events in Ahmedabad and Mumbai
On December 13, Messi will arrive in Ahmedabad. A special welcome and an interactive session will be organized for him there. After that, on December 14, Messi will go to Mumbai, where the Mumbai Padel GOAT Cup will be played at the CCI Brabourne Stadium. According to sources, Shah Rukh Khan and Leander Paes may participate in this match with Messi.
On the same day, another major event will be held in Mumbai, where Sachin Tendulkar, MS Dhoni, and Rohit Sharma will meet Messi. Bollywood stars Ranveer Singh, Aamir Khan, and Tiger Shroff may also be included in this GOAT Captains Moment.

On December 15, Messi will arrive in Delhi, the capital of India. His visit here will be most special because he will meet Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
