Meerut Murder Case: Accused Muskan Rastogi's Health Confirmed, High Court Bail Plea Pending as Key Testimony Approaches

In the sensational Saurabh murder case of Meerut, accused Muskan Rastogi was found healthy in a medical examination, with her child also reported to be in good health. Efforts are ongoing to secure bail from the High Court. The case is set to take a new turn with the testimony of the artisan who cut open the drum on September 19.

Meerut Murder Case: A medical examination was conducted regarding the pregnancy of Muskan Rastogi, accused in the sensational Saurabh murder case of Meerut. The examination revealed that Muskan is six months pregnant and the child in her womb is completely healthy. It is being reported that Muskan is attempting to obtain bail from the High Court on this basis.

Important Testimony on September 19

A crucial testimony is now set to take place in this case. On September 19, the artisan who cut open a blue drum to retrieve Saurabh's body will record his statement in court. Prior to this, shopkeepers related to the case have already testified, including those who sold knives, drums, and cement. This upcoming testimony is considered highly significant for the case.

Muskan and Saurabh's Relationship

Muskan Rastogi alias Sobhi had a love marriage with Saurabh in 2016. Saurabh was a resident of Indiranagar, while Muskan hailed from Brahmpuri. Their relationship was normal after marriage, but during this time, Sahil Shukla entered Muskan's life. Sahil was her former classmate, and the two gradually grew closer.

Cracks in the Relationship and the Beginning of a Conspiracy

Following Sahil's entry, conflicts between Muskan and Saurabh began to deepen. Saurabh moved to London for some time during this period. Meanwhile, Sahil and Muskan's relationship grew ber. It is alleged that when Saurabh returned to India in March of this year, the two conspired together to murder him.

What Happened on the Night of the Murder

According to the police investigation, on the night of March 3, Muskan served Saurabh kofta curry for dinner. This dish contained intoxicating drugs. Once Saurabh became unconscious, Sahil and Muskan together murdered him with a knife.

Body Hidden in a Blue Drum

After the murder, the accused resorted to a blue drum to conceal the body. They filled the drum with cement, sealed it, and hid the body to avoid suspicion. Subsequently, the couple went on a trip to Shimla, Manali, and Kasol. Upon their return, the police uncovered the entire incident on March 18.

Since the murder case came to light, both Muskan and Sahil have been in jail. According to Jail Superintendent Viresh Raj Sharma, Muskan's family has not visited her since her incarceration. Sahil Shukla, on the other hand, receives visits from his family. Muskan is currently fighting her case through a public prosecutor.
