She stated that North Korea has no interest in any kind of proposal from South Korea. Her words were: “Regardless of which government is in power in South Korea, and whatever policies or proposals they bring, North Korea has no need to meet with them, no need to talk to them, and there is no issue to discuss.”
Harsh Stance Towards Both the US and South Korea
Kim Yo Jong's comments indicate that North Korea does not foresee the possibility of any diplomatic negotiations with its traditional adversaries, South Korea and the United States, in the near future.
