The Rashtriya Suheldev Sena (RSS), a new organization spearheaded by Om Prakash Rajbhar, a Uttar Pradesh minister and chief of the Suheldev Indian Social Party (SBSP), has been launched. The RSS will operate in 22 districts of Uttar Pradesh, focusing on engaging youth through skill development, leadership training, and social activities.

UP News: Minister Om Prakash Rajbhar of Uttar Pradesh has announced the formation of his new political force, the Rashtriya Suheldev Sena (RSS). This launch has sparked considerable political and social discussion across several districts of the state. Rajbhar stated that the RSS is designed to connect rural youth with skill development and social activities, aiming to guide them towards positive contributions to their villages and communities.

How Does the RSS Operate Under Om Prakash Rajbhar?

Recruits to the Rajbhar Sena are provided with a distinctive uniform. This includes a blue uniform, a yellow belt, a beret worn on the head, stars on the shoulders, badges on the chest, and a yellow staff held in the hand. This complete uniform imparts an official and disciplined appearance to the soldiers. The organization also features a hierarchical structure with positions such as Commander, CO, DSP, Inspector, and other officers, each distinguished by stars and badges on their shoulders according to their rank.

According to Om Prakash Rajbhar, the RSS will guide young people in social activities and skill development. His objective is to steer youth in the right direction, enabling them to serve their villages and communities.

Recent Activities of the Sena

Reports indicate that Om Prakash Rajbhar previously established a Suheldev Sena, but at that time, recruits were not issued official uniforms. They previously wore a yellow scarf and yellow t-shirts. Now, with the introduction of the official uniform, the army is becoming more organized and disciplined. This change in uniform is considered significant from both social and political perspectives.

Soldiers are being assigned to various positions and will receive training commensurate with their roles. This organization is formally becoming active in rural areas.

The Genesis of the RSS

The Rashtriya Suheldev Sena has been launched in 22 districts of Uttar Pradesh. Om Prakash Rajbhar’s ambition is to incorporate one lakh individuals into the RSS. Through this initiative, he intends to provide training and skill development opportunities for young people.

Retired IAS, PCS officers, and clerks will participate in the training program. The goal is to impart knowledge of administrative and social activities to the youth, enabling them to bring positive changes to their communities. The training will also foster leadership skills, discipline, and a sense of social service within the youth.
