The Rajasthan High Court has cancelled the Police Sub-Inspector (SI) Recruitment 2021. RLP Chairman Hanuman Beniwal has called it welcome and stated that it is a victory of truth and struggle in protecting the interests of the youth.
Jaipur: The Rajasthan High Court on Thursday cancelled the Police Sub-Inspector (SI) Recruitment 2021. Following this decision, Rashtriya Loktantrik Party (RLP) Chairman and Nagaur MP Hanuman Beniwal termed it welcome in the interest of the youth.
Hanuman Beniwal said that the RLP had been continuously struggling regarding this matter, and a धरना (protest) was held at Shaheed Smarak in Jaipur for over four months. He targeted the BJP government, stating, "Finally, the arrogant BJP government has received a severe blow from the High Court."
Serious Allegations Against Government in SI Recruitment Case
Hanuman Beniwal described the cancelled decision as a victory of truth and struggle. He said that protecting the future and rights of the lakhs of hardworking youths of the state has been the main objective of the RLP.
He stated that during the tenure of the previous government, malpractices like paper leaks occurred in the SI recruitment, and the current government tried to protect those individuals. Hanuman Beniwal called this a serious allegation and said that the BJP is also following in the footsteps of Congress and is not sensitive towards the future of the youth.
Justice and Transparency Necessary in SI Recruitment
In the SI Recruitment 2021 case, the allegation was that irregularities and paper leak incidents occurred during the examination. While delivering this verdict, the High Court stated that it is essential to maintain fairness and transparency in the recruitment process.
Hanuman Beniwal said that the struggle committee, along with the RLP, fought shoulder to shoulder on this issue and protected the rights of the youth. He assured the youth that the party will continue to fight for truth and transparency in the future as well.
Hanuman Beniwal Called the Cancelled Decision a Victory for Youth
Hanuman Beniwal said that transparency and the interests of the youth should be paramount in the state. He termed the cancelled decision as a positive sign for the youth.
He further added that if irregularities and corruption occur in any recruitment process, truth and struggle are required to stop it. Hanuman Beniwal congratulated the RLP and the struggle committee for this success.
