Congress MLA Deendayal Bairwa from Dausa district, Rajasthan, is increasingly concerned about the continuous rise in theft incidents. Within a month, his residence has been targeted by thieves three times. First, his mobile phone was stolen, followed by the disappearance of his motorcycle, and now, his tractor-trolley has also been stolen. Regarding this matter, the MLA has raised serious questions about law and order and demanded swift action from the local administration.
Theft Spree Began on June 11th
MLA Deendayal Bairwa stated that the thefts began on June 11th, when his mobile phone was stolen during a gathering held on the death anniversary of former Union Minister Rajesh Pilot. Following this, his motorcycle went missing from his residence on June 14th. Last night, news emerged that his tractor-trolley was stolen. The MLA said that previously, not even a nail was stolen from his house, but now, three consecutive major theft incidents have caused great concern about security within the family.
Congress Raises Questions Against the Government
Dausa's Superintendent of Police, Sagar, stated regarding the matter that no complaint has yet been registered regarding the tractor-trolley theft, whereas the FIR for the mobile phone theft had already been lodged. The MLA has spoken to the Superintendent of Police and received assurance of swift action. On the other hand, the Congress has raised serious questions about the Rajasthan government's law and order situation in light of the escalating theft incidents. Leader of the Opposition Tikaram Jully said that dacoits are prevalent in the state, and even the MLAs are not safe; therefore, questions about the safety of the common people are bound to arise.
