Rajshree More claims that while she was traveling from Goregaon to Andheri, her car was repeatedly hit by a young man. This young man was none other than Rahil Shaikh, the son of MNS vice-president Javed Shaikh. According to Rajshree, Rahil was in an intoxicated state, partially nude, and behaving aggressively. She alleged that Rahil not only kept abusing her but also threatened her in the presence of the police and flaunted his father's political influence. According to Rajshree, she felt unsafe and sought help.

The video of the entire incident has gone viral on Instagram, in which Rajshree is seen narrating her ordeal while becoming emotional. She explained that when a police constable sat in her car to help her, Rahil again rammed his car into hers. After the video came out, users on social media erupted in anger, and many demanded strict action against the accused.
FIR registered, case registered under serious sections
The Mumbai Police took this incident seriously and registered a case against Rahil Shaikh under several sections of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS):
- Section 79 – Attempt to outrage the modesty of a woman
- Section 281 – Rash driving
- Sections 125 & 185 – Driving under the influence of alcohol
- The police are continuing further investigations in this case, and Rajshree has continuously sought protection from the police.
Who is Rajshree More?
