Reality Show The 50 Releases New Promo Revealing Palace Setting, Rules, and Premiere Details

The new promotional video for the reality television show The 50 has been released, offering a detailed look at the show’s format, setting, and rules. The promo showcases the expansive palace where 50 contestants will reside and compete, highlighting how advantages and disadvantages will shape the game at different stages.

The promo presents a tour of the palace, revealing its various sections, including areas designated for tasks, confrontations, and strategy. It outlines how contestants will be required to rely on their abilities, planning, and adaptability while navigating challenging situations throughout the competition.

The show introduces a central controlling figure referred to as the Lion, who will play a decisive role in influencing the course of the game. According to the promo, the Lion will monitor contestants’ actions closely and impact gameplay decisions. A voiceover in the background states that the only rule in the palace is that there are no fixed rules.

Specific locations within the palace are shown, including a courtyard where tasks will take place and the Lion’s den, which is presented as the setting for direct face-offs between contestants. These elements are positioned as key drivers of confrontation and competition within the show.

The promo also indicates that the rules of the game will involve fluctuating outcomes, where contestants may experience gains or losses depending on circumstances, keeping participants under constant pressure. The Lion is described as the primary authority figure, with a role comparable in importance to a traditional reality show host, while adding a distinct interactive dimension to the gameplay.

At present, there is no official confirmation regarding the host of The 50. Names such as Farah Khan and Ajay Devgn have been discussed, but no final announcement has been made.

The show is scheduled to premiere on 1 February 2026. It will stream on JioHotstar at 9:00 pm and air on Colors TV at 10:30 pm.

Several contestants have been reported as part of the lineup, including Riddhi Dogra, Urvashi Dholakia, Shiny Doshi, Dushyant Kukreja, Monalisa and Vikrant, Divya Agarwal, Faisal Shaikh, and Karan Patel. Social media and digital content creators such as Rudra Rana and Ahmed Al Marzooki have also been mentioned in connection with the show.

The promo positions The 50 as a competition driven by confrontation, strategic gameplay, and task-based eliminations, with the palace setting and the Lion’s control forming the core structure of the show.
