Sri Lanka defeated Zimbabwe by 8 wickets in the third T20 match to win the three-match series 2-1. Kamil Mishara and Kusal Perera's explosive innings played a crucial role in Sri Lanka's victory in this match.

With this victory, Sri Lanka clinched the 3-match series 2-1. Zimbabwe, batting first after losing the toss, scored 191 runs for the loss of 8 wickets in 20 overs.

In reply, Sri Lanka achieved the target by losing just 2 wickets with 14 balls to spare. Kamil Mishara was chosen as the Player of the Match and Dushmantha Chameera as the Player of the Series.

Zimbabwe's Innings

Zimbabwe, batting first after losing the toss, scored 191 runs for 8 wickets in 20 overs. The team had an average start. Brian Bennett scored 13 runs. Tadiwanashe Marumani hit a half-century, scoring 51 runs in 44 balls with the help of 6 fours and 1 six. Sean Williams contributed 23 runs off 11 balls. Captain Sikandar Raza scored 28 runs off 18 balls. Although the Zimbabwean team made some good individual efforts, Sri Lanka's bowling kept the opposition batsmen under pressure.

Kamil Mishara remained unbeaten on 73 runs off 43 balls. Kusal Perera scored 46* runs off 26 balls to lead the team to victory. Sri Lanka achieved the target with just 14 balls to spare and comfortably won the match.
