Indian equities are expected to track company-specific developments amid the release of December-quarter (Q3) results, announcements on orders and investments, and corporate actions across sectors.
Quarterly Results Due
Several companies are scheduled to announce their Q3 results today, including LTIMindtree, Punjab National Bank, Tata Capital, Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited, CEAT, Havells India, Hindustan Zinc, Indian Railway Finance Corporation, Oberoi Realty, and Hatsun Agro Product.
Sunteck Realty Project Announcement
Mumbai-based real estate developer Sunteck Realty is preparing to launch an ultra-luxury residential project in Goregaon West with an estimated project value of about ₹3,000 crore. The first phase, valued at approximately ₹1,250 crore, will comprise around 225 premium 3 BHK and 4 BHK apartments. The company is also developing a mixed-use project including office space, retail areas, cafés, and fine-dining outlets.
Vedanta Demand Notices
Vedanta disclosed that its subsidiary, ESL Steel, has received two demand notices from the Odisha government amounting to ₹1,255.37 crore. The notices relate to alleged shortfalls in meeting minimum production and dispatch targets at two mining projects.
Reliance Consumer Products Update
Reliance Consumer Products Ltd, the FMCG arm of Reliance Industries, has recorded gross revenue of about ₹15,000 crore in FY26 so far. Brands including Campa, Independence, Good Life, and Campa Energy have each crossed ₹1,000 crore in sales. More than 80 percent of sales are generated through general trade channels, and the company’s products are available across 17 countries.
Tata Group Trust Meeting
The board meeting of Sir Ratan Tata Trust, which was scheduled to consider the appointment of Neville Tata as a trustee, was cancelled due to the absence of quorum. The trust holds around a 23.6 percent stake in Tata Sons.
RVNL Railway Order
Rail Vikas Nigam Limited has received a new order worth ₹87.55 crore from South Eastern Railway. The project involves the installation of IP-based video surveillance systems in LHB coaches.
Poly Medicure Shareholding Change
Foreign investor Smallcap World Fund Inc has reduced its stake in Poly Medicure through a sale of shares valued at about ₹302 crore in the open market.

SunSource Energy co-founder Kushagra Nandan has launched a new clean-technology company, LNK Energy. The company plans to invest about ₹10,000 crore over the next five years, including the establishment of a 6 GW solar cell and module manufacturing facility in Maharashtra, with future expansion plans into green hydrogen and energy storage.
