He said that giving such misleading statements during a sensitive time like elections is not only inappropriate, but it also creates confusion among the general voters. Citing the clarification of the Election Commission, Tyagi said that the Commission has made it clear that Tejashwi Yadav's name is present in the draft voter list of Bihar, and his claims are not based on facts.
