Tejashwi Yadav Accused of Voter ID Fraud: Political Tensions Rise in Bihar

Amidst the Lok Sabha elections, the political atmosphere has intensified following allegations against RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav of possessing voter ID cards from two different locations. Union Minister of State for Home Affairs Nityanand Rai has raised serious questions about Tejashwi, stating that he has exposed himself by registering his name in two places. Rai claimed that Tejashwi Yadav is now making excuses due to fear of defeat and is trying to mislead the public.

Nityanand Rai said that a citizen's name should only be on one voter list, but Tejashwi Yadav's name is registered in two places, which is a serious issue. He alleged that Tejashwi was not only misleading the public but also attempting to weaken the democratic system by making false accusations against the Election Commission. According to Rai, the Election Commission has presented all the necessary evidence, proving Tejashwi's claims to be false.

The Public is Watching Everything

Targeting Tejashwi Yadav, Nityanand Rai further said that he should have contested the elections fairly while maintaining the dignity of democracy, but his recent behavior is sending the wrong message to society. He said that the people of Bihar have now understood Tejashwi's deception and will give a befitting reply in the upcoming elections. Rai expressed confidence that people know the difference between truth and falsehood and will make the right decision when the time comes.

KC Tyagi Also Raised Objections

JDU senior leader KC Tyagi has also reacted to this issue. He said that giving such misleading statements during a sensitive time like elections is not only inappropriate, but it also creates confusion among the general voters. Citing the clarification of the Election Commission, Tyagi said that the Commission has made it clear that Tejashwi Yadav's name is present in the draft voter list of Bihar, and his claims are not based on facts.

Politics Heats Up

This new allegation against Tejashwi Yadav has heated up the politics of Bihar. While the opposition is attacking over this issue, the RJD has not yet given a direct clarification on it. Now, all eyes are on the public's decision and the Election Commission's next action.
