New Delhi: UPSC, or the Union Public Service Commission, has released the admit card for the CAPF Assistant Commandant Recruitment Examination 2025. Candidates who have registered for this exam can now download their e-admit card. The admit card can be downloaded from the official UPSC website.
This time, recruitment will be conducted for a total of 357 posts. The exam date is set for August 3, 2025 (Sunday), and the examination will be held at various centers across the country.
Easy way to download the admit card
If you want to download the admit card, follow the steps given below:
- First, visit the UPSC website https://upsc.gov.in.
- On the homepage, click on the link labeled "e-Admit Card: CAPF (ACs) Examination 2025".
- Then, fill in your registration number and date of birth.
- After submitting, the admit card will open on the screen.
- Now, download it and take a printout and keep it safe.
Remember, it is necessary to carry a printed copy of the admit card and a valid photo ID such as Aadhaar card, Voter ID, or Driving License to the exam center.
Know the exam pattern and timing
The CAPF exam will be conducted in two shifts and will have two papers.
Paper 1 – General Ability and Intelligence
- Timing: 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM
- Type: Objective (MCQ)
- Total Marks: 250
This paper will test general knowledge, logical reasoning, analytical skills, and intelligence.
Paper 2 – General Studies, Essay and Comprehension
- Timing: 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM
- Type: Descriptive
- Total Marks: 200
This paper will assess the candidate's writing style, understanding of current affairs, and comprehension skills in English/Hindi.
Important points to remember in the exam
- Arrive 60 minutes early: It is necessary to reach the center one hour before the exam starts.
- Do not bring electronic items: Carrying things like mobile phones, smart watches, Bluetooth devices, earphones, and calculators is prohibited.
- Keep the ID card with you: Aadhaar card, PAN card, driving license, or any valid photo ID is required along with the admit card.
- Read the instructions on the admit card: Carefully read and follow all the instructions given on the admit card.
