Lucknow: The Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Commission (UPSSSC) has set September 7 as the last date to apply for the Preliminary Eligibility Test (UP PET) 2026. Class 10 Pass Candidates Eligible to Apply

As on July 1, 2026, candidates must be at least 18 years old and below 40 years of age. Candidates belonging to reserved categories will receive relaxation in the maximum age limit as per the rules.
Application Fee Fixed by Category
Candidates from the General and OBC categories have to pay an application fee of Rs 185 for UP PET 2026. The fee for SC and ST candidates has been fixed at Rs 95, while PH candidates have to pay Rs 25. The fee can be paid through online modes.
Application to Be Completed After OTR
Candidates must complete the One Time Registration (OTR) process before applying. After completing OTR, candidates can apply for PET 2026. They must then pay the prescribed fee according to their category.
