Varanasi City is currently in a state of alarm following the discovery of a lost briefcase. The incident came to light when a briefcase was unexpectedly found in an unknown location and immediately reported to the police.
Upon arriving at the scene, police forces and local residents assisted in opening the briefcase, but the discovery of suspicious contents prompted security agencies to seal off the surrounding area. This led to a large gathering of people and widespread panic.
During the investigation, no dangerous items were found within the briefcase; however, as a precautionary measure, police conducted a thorough search of the entire area. Officials stated that the briefcase appears to have been accidentally dropped by a traveler.
Following the incident, there was a brief period of fear among the public, but the situation returned to normal after police successfully regained control.
