A serious incident has come to light from Ratlam district in Madhya Pradesh, where a wife attacked her husband with a knife. The attack resulted in serious injuries to the husband's hand and two other places, requiring a total of 18 stitches by doctors. A video of the incident has gone viral on social media. Sailana police have arrested the accused wife, Muskan. According to the station in-charge, the husband and wife have been in dispute for the past four years, and the wife had been living with her parents. Recently, the dispute between the two escalated, leading to a physical altercation, and the police registered a case based on both their complaints and started an investigation.
Wife Attacks with Knife
The incident occurred in Kalika Mata Mohalla in Sailana tehsil of Ratlam district. A video of a dispute between Firoz Khan, a resident here, and his wife Muskan has gone viral, showing Muskan attacking Firoz with a knife. In the video, Firoz is seen holding his wife's hand in defense, while a small child is also seen trying to stop Muskan. Firoz sustained serious injuries to his hand in the attack, and he was admitted to a medical college in Ratlam for treatment.
Police Registered Cases
According to reports, Firoz received 8 stitches on his hand, and the incident occurred on July 18th. He was discharged from the hospital after treatment. Based on Firoz's complaint, the police have registered a case against Muskan under sections for assault. Muskan has also accused Firoz of threatening to kill her, and a case has been registered against him as well. Firoz is involved in the transport business at the Sailana Mandi. Police stated that the case is a result of a long-standing dispute between the husband and wife, and action is being taken based on both of their complaints. The investigation is ongoing.
