Bollywood superstar Salman Khan has received another death threat, causing widespread alarm in Mumbai. This threat was delivered via a message sent to the official WhatsApp number of the transport department in Worli, Mumbai.

This situation is even more serious as the threat was sent directly to the official WhatsApp number of the Mumbai Worli Transport Department. An unidentified individual threatened to kill Salman Khan by breaking into his home and to blow up his car. The police have immediately registered a case and accelerated the investigation.
Alarm Caused by Threatening Message
According to the police, a message arrived on the WhatsApp number of the Worli Transport Department on Sunday night containing a direct and dangerous message for Salman Khan. The message stated, "We will blow up Salman's car and eliminate him by breaking into his house." Following the threat, the Worli police sprang into action and filed an FIR against an unknown individual under serious sections of the IPC.
Previous Incidents
• This is not the first time Salman Khan has received a death threat.
• On April 14, 2024, two assailants on a motorcycle fired five rounds outside Salman's Galaxy Apartment.
• One bullet hit the wall of his house, and another pierced the security net and entered inside.
• Responsibility for this firing was claimed via a Facebook post by Anmol Bishnoi, the brother of jailed gangster Lawrence Bishnoi.
• Both shooters involved in the attack were later arrested from Bhuj, Gujarat.
Salman Khan's Reaction - ‘Living life to the fullest…’
Recently, during the promotion of his upcoming film 'Sikandar,' Salman openly discussed these incidents. He stated, "I'm living life to the fullest. My movements are now limited due to security concerns; I only travel from Galaxy to the shooting location and back. But moving around with so many people is a bit difficult."
Due to the continuous threats and previous attacks, Salman Khan already enjoys Y+ category security. Following this latest threat, his security detail is being reviewed. Sources say that the Mumbai Police's intelligence unit, cyber cell, and ATS have also been involved in the investigation.
