He has submitted an eight-page response to a party notice regarding his statement about Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini. Vij clarified that he is prepared to provide further information if required by the party.

In a media interaction, Anil Vij stated, "I was in Bengaluru for three days. Yesterday, after returning home, I bathed, ate, and then responded to this letter. I was given three days, but I have responded before the deadline."
Serious Questions Raised Against BJP Workers
Anil Vij shared some pictures on the social media platform 'X,' claiming that BJP workers were seen with a 'friend' of Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini. These same workers were also seen with an independent candidate whom Vij defeated in the Assembly elections.
Vij Alleges Conspiracy to Defeat Him in Elections
Vij alleged a conspiracy to defeat him in the Ambala Cantt Assembly seat in the last elections. However, he secured his seventh victory by defeating independent candidate Chitra Sarwara. Vij alleges that some BJP workers were involved in this conspiracy.
'What is This Relationship Called?'
In his post, Vij wrote, "Ashish Tayal, who claims to be a friend of Nayab Saini, has many pictures with Saini on his Facebook profile. The workers seen with Tayal during the Assembly elections were also seen with the opposing candidate, Chitra Sarwara. What is this relationship called?"
Accusation of 'Betrayal'
In his post, Anil Vij repeatedly used the word "traitor" (gaddar) and questioned whose role it was in creating an atmosphere against the BJP candidate when Ashish Tayal remains a close friend of Nayab Saini.
