Important Update Regarding Admit Cards and City Intimation Slips
Important news for candidates: City intimation slips will be released 10 days before the exam, on April 14, 2025. This slip will inform candidates about their exam center city. However, note that this slip is only for city intimation and cannot be used as an admit card.
Admit cards will be released 4 days before the exam date, i.e., on April 20 or 21, 2025, on the official RRB website. Candidates can download their admit cards using their login credentials. Entry to the examination center will not be granted without the admit card, so it is mandatory to carry it. A valid identity proof is also required.
Exam Procedure and Next Stage of Recruitment
Candidates who successfully complete the CBT-2 exam will undergo document verification and a medical examination in the final stage. Only then will the final merit list, containing the names of the selected candidates, be released. A total of 7951 positions will be filled under this recruitment process. Of these, 7934 positions are reserved for Junior Engineer (JE), Depot Material Superintendent (DMS), and Chemical and Metallurgical Supervisor (CMA), while the remaining 17 positions are for various other categories.
