UPPSC PCS Prelims were held on December 22, 2024, and the results were released on February 28, 2025, after the answer key was published. The commission has now released the notification for the 2024 Mains examination.
UPPSC PCS Mains: The Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) has commenced the application process for the Combined State/Upper Subordinate Services (Mains) Examination 2024. Candidates who cleared the preliminary examination can apply online through the official website, uppsc.up.nic.in. The last date for applying is March 24, 2025.
Application Process for the Mains Examination
- First, visit the official website, uppsc.up.nic.in.
- Click on the "Recruitment Dashboard" tab on the homepage.
- Click on the PCS Mains 2024 link.
- Enter your login details and submit.
- Carefully review the application form and submit.
- Download and save the application form for future reference.
Option for Form Correction
According to the notice issued by the commission, candidates will be given a single opportunity to correct any errors in their application forms. A "Click here to modify" option will be available on the portal for this purpose.
Result of the UP PCS Preliminary Examination
The UP PCS Preliminary Examination was conducted on December 22, 2024, and the results were released on February 28, 2025. A total of 15,066 candidates successfully cleared the exam and will now be eligible to appear for the Mains examination. A total of 576,154 candidates applied for the preliminary examination, but only 241,359 candidates appeared for the exam.
Conduct of the Mains Examination and Admit Cards
The UP PCS Mains Examination will be held from June 27, 2025. Admit cards will be released on the commission's official website a few days before the examination. Candidates are required to bring their admit cards to the examination center; otherwise, they will not be permitted to take the examination.
